We are confident that you will fall in love with your MIiCA bag the moment it reaches your hands. However, if you change your mind, we offer a guided return and exchange process to support you. Our goal is to ensure your experience with MIiCA is seamless, professional, and fully satisfying.

MIiCA Barcelona only accepts returns after contacting us at bag@miicabcn.com and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

After we have accepted the return, please include a copy of your invoice and return your order in the original box, with dust bag and packing material and send it to:

Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses.

We exchange unused and undamaged products or refund if necessary. The refund will be credited to the original payment method; the shipping costs will not be refunded. After we have received back the goods, your refund can take up to 15 working days to show on your account.
